Welcome to my new Illustration website!

Originally from the seaside town of St. Annes on the North West coast of England, I ventured inland to study Graphic Design and Illustration at De Montfort University in Leicester during the 1980s. After graduating, I began a career in print and publishing, but my desire to explore the world led me to Australia, where I’ve spent 30 years working in Graphic Design.

In 2025, inspired by a lifestyle shift and a rekindled passion for illustration, I embarked on a new chapter by enrolling in the MA Illustration course at AUB in the UK. Studying online from my home in Adelaide, South Australia, I’m looking forward to creating a body of work that reflects my interests in mapmaking, children's illustration and conceptual illustration.

With a solid foundation in visual problem-solving, I primarily work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate. My illustration skills span across various creative fields, enabling me to approach projects with flexibility and a fresh perspective.

This website is my creative space — a place to showcase the illustrations I’ve created over the years and share new artwork as I progress through my studies.
